RIDGEBACK EBIKE INSURANCE OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Ridgeback E-bike 6 month offer (the “offer”) is non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. The following terms and conditions apply to the offer;

The offer entitles those customers who satisfy the below Eligibility Requirements to the offer by using a valid frame number during account activation. By using the agreement number, you accept the offer and consent to our Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

The promotion is applicable to customers who satisfy the following criteria: (“Eligible Customers”)

  • Purchased eligible Ridgeback e-bike in the last 30 days
  • Enters a valid frame number associated with a qualifying Ridgeback E-bike (list below) during account creation.
  • Creates a valid Laka account that complies with our Terms of Service.
  • Policyholder must be aged 18+
  • Policyholder does not have an existing policy with Laka prior to account creation date.

The Offer

Subject to meeting the Eligibility Requirements as set out above, customers will be entitled to the offer. Offer limited to one per customer.

  • 6 months Laka Core bicycle insurance
  • 6 months Laka Club membership (providing Liability cover)

The offer is only valid for bicycles purchased from Ridgeback dealers from 13th March 2023 to 30th September 2023. The offer is valid for the cover time periods as set-out above.

In order to qualify for the offer, customers must provide valid payment details. The customer will be billed if their insurance policy and/or their Club membership remains active beyond the end of the offer period. The customer may cancel their policy or membership at any time and should they do so, will only be billed for any days on which their cover or membership was active.

Termination and Changes

Laka may suspend or terminate the offer or a customer’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We receive the right to suspend accounts or remove offers if we notice any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Laka Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all offer activities and to suspend accounts or modify offers in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to terms

Laka can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If Laka modifies these terms, we will post the modification on the Laka.co website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
