When riders in The Collective make claims they are added to the claims pot. Each month, our fee is added and the cost is split between The Collective. This makes up your average cost. If the worst happens you are protected by the cap, the amount we’ll never charge you more than.The Collective is made up of bike lovers of all varieties from hardcore enthusiasts to cargo bike loving families to eBike fashionistas. Everyone that loves their bike is welcome - your monthly costs literally support fellow cyclists getting back on their wheels!
