The Santander Consumer Finance offer (the “offer”) is non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. The following terms and conditions apply to the offer;
The offer entitles those customers who satisfy the below Eligibility Requirements to the offer by using the Santander Consumer Finance agreement number during account activation. By using the agreement number, you accept the offer and consent to our Terms and Conditions.
The promotion is applicable to customers who satisfy the following criteria (“Eligible Customers”)
Subject to meeting the Eligibility Requirements as set out above, customers will be entitled to the offer. Offer limited to one per customer.
The offer is only valid for bicycles purchased with Santander Consumer Finance from 27th May 2022. The offer is valid for the cover time periods as set-out above.
Laka may suspend or terminate the offer or a customer’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We receive the right to suspend accounts or remove offers if we notice any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Laka Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all offer activities and to suspend accounts or modify offers in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Laka can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If Laka modifies these terms, we will post the modification on the Laka.co website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
