How does the partnership work?
Riese & Müller customers who buy an E-bike with an RX Chip and subscribe to ConnectCare now benefit from Laka bike insurance cover under the ConnectCare service. The partnership enables customers to insure their bikes easily through the Riese & Müller My Bike platform and the RX Connect app.
The new ConnectCare service comes in three options, Basic, Smart, and Comfort, and was launched this month.
Known for developing fully suspended E-Bikes and Cargo-Bikes and the innovative RX technology, the partnership with Riese & Müller builds on Laka’s existing network of micro-mobility brands across Europe such as Gazelle, Brompton, and Decathlon.
