The Laka new customer winter offer (the “offer”) is non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. The following terms and conditions apply to the offer valid between 30/10 and 20/11.
The offer entitles those customers who satisfy the below Eligibility Requirements to the reward by using the promotional code WINTER1 or WINTER2 during account activation, you accept the offer and consent to our Terms and Conditions.
The promotion is applicable to new Laka customers who satisfy the following criteria (“Eligible Customers”)
Subject to meeting the Eligibility Requirements as set out above, customers will be entitled to the reward. Reward limited to one per customer.
The reward is only valid for the first policy activated between 30/10 and 20/11.
Customers who are entitled to the above reward will receive the reward to the UK address on their policy. The reward will be shipped once the offer has ended, from the 23rd November.
Laka may suspend or terminate the offer or a customer’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We receive the right to suspend accounts or remove Rewards if we notice any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Laka Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all offer activities and to suspend accounts or modify offers in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Laka.co website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
