Laka Struggle moors Instagram Competition terms and conditions

Laka Struggle Moors Competition (the “competition”) is non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. The following terms and conditions apply to the competition running until 19th June 23:59 BST.

The competition entitles those who satisfy the below Eligibility Requirements to enter in the draw to win the reward. By submitting your entrance to the competition, you accept the offer and consent to our Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

The competition is applicable to those who satisfy the following criteria (“Eligible Customers”)

• Tag a friend in the comments section of the competition post
• Follow @lakahq and @struggleevents on instagram throughout the competition
• Are a resident of the UK
  

The Reward

Subject to meeting the Eligibility Requirements as set out above, competition entrances will go into the draw to win the below reward:

• 2 x Entries to Struggle Moors 2022
  

The draw will be run on the 20/06/2022 at 12:00pm BST, with the winner being announced and contacted that afternoon. 

Termination and Changes

Laka may suspend or terminate the reward or a person’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. 

We receive the right to suspend accounts or remove Rewards if we notice any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Laka Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all offer activities and to suspend accounts or modify offers in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Laka.co website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
