The Laka referral gilet offer (the “offer”) is non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. The following terms and conditions apply to the offer valid between 15/09 and 30/09
The offer entitles those customers who satisfy the below Eligibility Requirements to the reward of one Le Col Sport Logo Gilet on top of the standard referral bonus. By using your referral code, you accept the offer and consent to our Terms and Conditions.
The promotion is applicable to existing Laka customers who satisfy the following criteria (“Eligible Customers”)
Subject to meeting the Eligibility Requirements as set out above, customers will be entitled to the reward. Reward limited to one per customer.
The reward is only valid for the first referral in the said offer period 15/09/2021 and 30/09/2021.
If a customer meets the Eligibility Requirements as set out above for 10 successful referrals, they will be entitled to an additional reward of:
Customers who are entitled to the above reward will receive a unique code allowing them to order the reward to the UK address of their choosing. Any cost incurred for exchanges will be charged to the customer.
Laka may suspend or terminate the offer or a customer’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We receive the right to suspend accounts or remove Rewards if we notice any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Laka Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all offer activities and to suspend accounts or modify offers in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Laka.co website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
