These T&Cs apply to you if you subscribe to have a Laka Bike Shop Membership. Laka bike shop memberships allow you to subscribe for 12 months and receive selected insurance products from Laka and benefits specific to your chosen bike shop.
Your initial upfront payment will cover the remaining period of the current month plus the next full month. From then you will pay 10 fixed monthly amounts as per your membership package on the 3rd of each month. This will cover the following month in advance.
Your membership is a 12-month membership from the date you joined. If you have not redeemed any of the bike shop features there will be no cancellation fee should you leave before 12 months is up. If you cancel your membership and you have already redeemed a bike shop perk as part of a Care plan with your bike shop you will be required to pay the remaining cost of the membership.
You will receive several reminder emails from 30 days prior to the end of the current membership period notifying you that your subscription will be automatically renewed. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless your membership has been cancelled (by you) or terminated (by us) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
