The Laka Elf’s 24 days of festive giving (the “prize draw”) is non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. The following terms and conditions apply to the offer valid between 01/12 and 24/12
The offer entitles those existing Laka customers who satisfy the below Eligibility Requirements to enter the prize draw to win one of the 24 prizes throughout the promotional period. By clicking “opt in” within November 2021’s monthly statement email, you are providing consent for the terms and conditions.
The promotion is applicable to existing Laka customers who satisfy the following criteria (“Eligible Customers”)
Subject to meeting the Eligibility Requirements as set out above, customers will have the chance to win a number of Prize bundles throughout December which include but are not limited to:
Prize winners will be announced on a daily basis and will be updated on the Laka Elf’s 24 days of festive giving landing page. Winning customers will be contacted individually for fulfilment of the prizes. Shipping of physical prizes will be from 27th of December 2021.
Laka may suspend or terminate the offer or a customer’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.Â
We receive the right to suspend accounts or remove Rewards if we notice any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Laka Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all offer activities and to suspend accounts or modify offers in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Laka.co website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
