What if I need to make a liability claim?

If you need to notify us of a liability claim, first log onto our web app at https://app.laka.co.uk/cover and follow the link for "claims".

We'll then ask you for some details of what's happened and for copies of any correspondence you might have received relating to the incident.

We'll then work with our insurance partner and, if appropriate, appoint lawyers who will take things from there.
