When you submit a claim, we’ll ask you to have a medical assessment (if you haven’t had one already) and for a medical professional to prescribe any treatment you require to aid your recovery.
We’ll cover the cost of any treatment you receive following a valid claim up to a value of £1,500 and subject to the terms of the policy, either by reimbursing you for any costs you’ve paid yourself, or by paying a treatment provider directly.
If we’re going to reimburse you, we’ll need you to send us a copy of the invoice that you’ve paid for your treatment.
If you haven’t received your treatment yet, you’ll need to let us know what treatment you’re going to receive and who will deliver the treatment. You can do this by providing a copy of the medical documents you’ve received.
You’ll need to give us permission to access any data necessary for us to validate your claim.
