What do you ask for when signing up?

We've made the on-boarding process easier and simpler by only asking the questions that are absolutely necessary.

After you have entered the value of your bike we ask for the make and model of your beloved bike. (Custom bike? Not to worry. Just type in “Custom”).

We also know that most cyclists also have clothing and accessories that they’ll want to insure, so the next step is to select those items and the total value of all your gear. This includes helmets, bottle cages, bib shorts etc.

You then have to fill in some details about yourself. You know the drill: Name, date of birth, address and a lovely picture of your fine self.

The next step is to select whether you have had a theft in the past three months. We know that thieves often revisit the scene of previous crimes.

The last step is to select where you store your bike overnight. Again, we want to make sure that your bike is secured in a safe place while all the night owls are out to play.

Select your start date & double check your cover. Then you’re all signed up and ready to ride!

Remember to add pictures of your bike - the more the merrier. This will make the claims process much easier if you ever need to file a claim.
