How do I submit a claim?

You’ll need to tell us about the accident within 28 days of it occurring by submitting a claim via the Laka platform.

We’ll ask you to submit a video statement to explain what's happened.

If you’ve already seen a medical professional we might ask for a copy of any assessment they’ve made of your injuries.

If you’ve not yet seen a medical professional, we’ll be able to help you find someone who really knows cyclists to help assess you. Or you can choose to see someone of your choice, like the family GP or we can arrange a virtual consultation for you so you can start your road to recovery faster.
